Your privacy is important to EnoLogic. This statement discloses the information practices for our website "www.enologic.com" (this web site). This includes the types of information which is gathered, and how it is used.
1. Information from online forms
Our website "www.enologic.com" make use of forms for visitors to request information, products, and services. Depending on the service, product, or information visitors request, visitors' contact information (e.g. e-mail addresses or telephone numbers) or financial information (e.g. credit card numbers) may be collected. See special note below regarding financial information processing. Contact information from these forms is used to send order confirmations and optional information about EnoLogic's products to the customer. Visitors' contact information is also used to get in touch with them when necessary, e.g. for improved support reasons. Visitors must initially opt-in to receive non-order related information. Visitors may at any time opt-out of receiving future mailings on our opt-out page: "www.enologic.com/optout/".
All financial information which is collected is used to bill the user for products and services and are handled by an approved and secure webshop system developed by Info-Connect, "www.info-connect.net". EnoLogic does not store entered credit card numbers, or ever receive these numbers. They are only processed by the secured and certified credit card transaction system at Info-Connect. EnoLogic only have access to the transaction result - e.g. approved, aborted or denied.
2. Cookies
Our website "www.enologic.com" does not use cookies for other purposes than user-friendliness issues on our webpage (remembers language selection etc.). When requesting an EnoLogic NetFilter Home Trial package, the user can freely choose to temporarily store the entered primary data (identifying) for 2 hours in a cookie on the users PC, in order to automatically fill in the registration form during the trial installation process. To keep track of retaillers all trial downloads are labelled with an anonymous (non identifying) and short lived cookie such that sales from our affiliated resellers can be tracked accordingly. Neither EnoLogic, our software solutions, or affiliates have access to any identifying information about visitors from the cookies received while visiting EnoLogic's website. The user can at any point in time delete all cookies without causing any loss of functionality, service or operational status of any trial or purchased EnoLogic products.
3. Links to other sites
Our website "www.enologic.com" contains links to other sites. EnoLogic is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
4. Security
EnoLogic protects the security of your personal information within the confines of our domain, and honors your choices for its intended use. We carefully protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. We protect your data from disclosure, with exception only in matters where designated by law or court order. Our webshop system is approved and certified by Info-Connect, PBS and Verisign.
5. Choice / opt-out
Our website "www.enologic.com" provide users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from EnoLogic and its partners at the point where information is requested about the visitor. EnoLogic gives users the following options for removing their information from our database in order to not receive future communications:

6. Privacy of customer data
In order to process the purchases of licenses for copies of our software, certain information is necessarily collected by EnoLogic. We retain records of licensed users of our software, and these records may contain any or all of the following information: names, addresses, phone numbers, or other relative identifying information. We do not sell, lease, or in any other manner share this information with our partners or advertising agencies or any other third-parties.
If a customer places a request for customer service, the information that may be collected is: e-mail address, name, phone number, correspondence records, and technical information such as system hardware, operating system, and the name and version of the EnoLogic's product(s) which is being used. This information is voluntarily given by the customer, and is used by EnoLogic only for the purpose of assisting the customer with his or her problem(s). This information is not used for any other purpose. Information collected by our customer service department is not shared nor it is sold to other parties. We do not sell, lease or in any other manner share this information with our partners or advertising agencies or any other third-parties.
